I want to personally thank you for visiting the Nauvoo Church of God. As our church mission statement says: ” We are a church that is ministering to the needy, evangelizing to the lost, edifying the saved, keeping the doctrine once delivered to the Saints.”

History of Nauvoo Church of God
In June, 1972 Faith Gospel Tabernacle became Nauvoo Church of God. Set forth by Rev. Earl Hall, it was established with approximately 17 Charter Members. God added to the Church weekly, such as should be saved. 30-60-90-100-150-200 the numbers came in direct fulfillment of a prophecy, given to the Church by tongue’s and interpretation, which said “If you let me (The Holy Ghost) have right away in your services, I will bring them from the North, South, East, and West.” We truly saw that word fulfilled.
As the need for projects arose, God sent us workers with a mind to work. We added a small fellowship hall, then enlarged it, a new sanctuary, a new life center, and many more projects. God has richly blessed the Church and as of today we have 203 members.
